RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Spicy Mami we understand that shopping online can be difficult, and we want you to love your pieces!
If you are unsatisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 business days of receiving your purchase.
We strive for accurate representations of our products in our online images.
Please check the product descriptions for details on dimensions, materials, and sizing.
RETURNS POLICY
- Full-priced items can be fully refunded if returned within 14 business days of purchase, minus shipping charges.
- Items bought during sale promotions or from the sale section are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not refund shipping costs for returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses for their returns.
- We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair, return, and exchange requests.
- Due to health and safety regulations, earrings cannot be returned.
- Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault; our jewellery may tarnish slightly through wear and being exposed to chemicals. Please refer to our Care Guide for more information.
- Spicy Mami is not liable for personal breakage or normal wear and tear.
EXCHANGES
- We do not facilitate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item under our standard return policy and place a new order on our website.
RETURNS PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your product and send it back within 14 business days after notifying us.
- Please include proof of purchase (order number) with your return request.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned product, Spicy Mami will inspect it, and we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for safely returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Please wrap the product in bubble wrap or padding to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returns typically take 2-3 business days to process after we receive them.
- Once accepted, we will refund the amount paid minus the original shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
- Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted. Please send all returns to:

FAULTY ITEMS
While we thoroughly quality-check our items, if you discover a fault, please note that regular wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our jewelry may naturally oxidize over time, which is not a manufacturing fault. We cannot accept returns for metal tarnishing caused by wear or contact with chemicals such as perfume, moisturizers, hair products, or skincare. Please follow our Care Guide to keep your jewelry in pristine condition.
VARIANCE IN JEWELLERY
Some of our pieces incorporate crystals and stones, which may vary slightly in appearance from the website photographs. Each piece is unique and beautiful in its own way. We regret that we cannot exchange items based on minor variations in crystals and stones.
